With just 10 days to go until the start of the Women’s Business Club Maximise Conference, we’re looking forward to an inspiring day of talks, networking and an awards ceremony where we will be presenting the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Attendees from across the UK will be spending much of the day networking with like-minded individuals, promoting their business and sharing their expertise.
Here at Thomson & Bancks Solicitors we have the privilege of awarding the Young Entrepreneur of 2016 award to a young business woman under 28 years old who has built her business from the ground up. Set as a requirement by the Women’s Business Club, the recipient of the award must be able to display the attributes of someone who is “…going places in the business world with her innovative business attitude.”
Lucy Sherry, our Head of Medical Negligence here at Thomson & Bancks Solicitors will be presenting the award to the deserving recipient. Lucy commented: “Thomson & Bancks are proud to sponsor an award at this year’s ‘Maximise Conference’ which is to be held in Cheltenham where it is being hosted by the Women’s Business Club for the 3rd year in a row. Business women from all over the UK gather for a day of business networking, exhibiting, listening to inspiring talks and a chance to explore some of their business needs. I will be proud to present the ‘Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award’ and to be part of such an exciting forum for the promotion of my and other women’s businesses!”
