Today we are extremely pleased to be celebrating Lead Cashier, Ben Tustin’s 10-year anniversary at Thomson & Bancks, although really it should be the 16th as it is Ben’s second time round at Thomson & Bancks having first joined the firm in July 2007 as Office Junior in our Pershore office.
Following 6 years with our admin team Ben decided to pursue a career in accounts and less than a year later we were delighted to welcome him back when a vacancy arose in our own accounts department based in Tewkesbury.
Those of us who have been here long enough have watched Ben prosper as a wonderful husband and father as well as an extremely knowledgeable legal cashier.
Servicing the accounts needs of all four of our offices is no easy feat but Ben handles everything professionally and with enviable calm.
Ben doesn’t always realise how much his hard work is appreciated but Managing Partner, Paul Johnson, who works particularly closely with accounts and Ben does and said, “Time and again I have been impressed by the integrity and conscientious commitment that Ben brings to his work”.
When Paul presented Ben with a small gift to mark his decade with the team Ben commented “Thank you all very much for your kind words and gift. I cannot believe it has been 10 years! I have really enjoyed my second outing at Thomson & Bancks, and the variety that legal accounts offers. It can be a challenging role at times, but also rewarding and fulfilling. Most of all though, I am grateful for all the wonderful friends I have made at Thomson & Bancks along the way. I will have no problem enjoying a glass or two of rum in celebration!”.
