20 year anniversary for Jan Southcott

In November 2003, Jan Southcott joined the Thomson & Bancks family.

Jan initially joined the firm on a temporary contract, working in the Private Client team, but she was soon made permanent and made the jump across to the Residential Property team where she still is, to this day. Jan has been based in the Pershore office throughout her time with the firm and she has seen and indeed embraced many changes over the years; in staff, in policy and procedure and of course in technology! When Jan joined there were one or two typewriters still present in the office, but Jan now logs on to her laptop remotely and works from home a couple of days each week; quite the change!

When Jan is not working, she can often be found tending her beautiful garden, so the Partners thought a gardening voucher and a bouquet of flowers would be a fitting gift.

The Partners thank Jan for her loyalty and hard work over the course of the last 20 years.
