Following our successful expansion into Stratford-upon-Avon where we have our fourth office, Thomson & Bancks is now looking to recruit across the firm and is ready to make opportunities for good fee earners and support staff who would like to join us in Cheltenham, Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire, Pershore in Worcestershire, or Stratford-upon-Avon in Warwickshire.

We are especially active in work including residential property, commercial property and business, private client (wills, trusts and administration of estates), personal injury and clinical negligence litigation. In Gloucestershire we are especially wishing to add good property lawyers, support staff in private client and litigation and a legal cashier at the current time. We are actively seeking to recruit further support for our private client team in Worcestershire.

Residential Property Fee Earner

Position: Residential Property Fee Earner
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)
Location: Pershore

Thomson & Bancks are a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm, with offices in Pershore, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon. We provide a full range of legal services to businesses and individuals and are currently looking for a fee earner to join our busy Residential Property department at our Pershore office.

Key Requirements

  • An enthusiastic and willing team player
  • Possess strong organisational abilities
  • A client focused approach to complement our ethos; ‘You matter to us’
  • IT Proficiency
  • Previous property experience

Key Roles

  • Working on a varied caseload including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
  • Communicating with clients, both by telephone and face to face
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Perform business development and marketing
  • Ability to manage your own workload as well as work well as part of a team
