Jemma O’Connor

I joined Thomson & Bancks Solicitors in October 2006 as a Trainee and subsequently graduated with my Law Degree from Staffordshire University as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in June 2011. I have worked across all four offices in Stratford-upon-Avon, Pershore, Tewkesbury and Cheltenham so know the local areas well and have strong links with local businesses.

I am experienced in the Administration of Estates (both testate and intestate), Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Applications, Wills, Tax Advice and Elderly Client Issues. I am a full member of Solicitors for the Elderly.

I am professional yet approachable and my sensitive style is reflected in my excellent client satisfaction record. My client’s needs are of paramount importance and I strive to make, sometimes, difficult issues as easy as possible.

I am a country girl at heart and, when not in the office, I love nothing more than spending time with my husband, our two young children and our whippets in and around our home in the Cotswolds.
