Rebecca Tiffin

I am a Commercial Property Solicitor in the Business Services Department and joined Thomson & Bancks in June 2019.

I gained my post graduate diploma in law at Worcester and, following my Practical Law Course at Guildford College of Law, I qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 in London.

I have gained a wealth of experience in freehold and leasehold, acquisitions and disposals and dealing with a wide range of commercial leasehold matters, acting for both landlords and tenants. I also have experience of property portfolio management and residential lease extension/enfranchisement work.

Having lived in Worcestershire for most of my life I have great knowledge of the area, enabling me to better assist my clients.

When not working, I am busy with my daughters and husband, walking the dogs, enjoying family outdoor pursuits and bee keeping. I am also a school governor.
