I come from a farming background and have many years’ experience in buying and selling commercial property and agricultural land. I also look after both landlords and tenants of commercial property. In recent years, I have assisted clients with option and promotion agreements in relation to achieving residential planning consents on clients’ land and subsequent sales of land to developers for residential development.
I was educated at Warwick School and then went on to the Law Society College of Law, Chester. I qualified as a Solicitor in 1981. I established the firm Davies Murray-White and Co with Nicholas Murray-White in 1982 and was at the firm until it merged with Thomson & Bancks in 2018 where I continue to help clients with their commercial and agricultural property and land needs.
As far as recreation is concerned I am a keen tennis player and enjoy long walks, particularly over the fells in the Lake District.
If Robert is a specialist in the service you require and works at your local Thomson & Bancks office, please feel free to get in touch and explain your requirements. Robert will be more than happy to help!
