We’re very proud to announce that Thomson and Bancks has been nominated for Employer of the Year at the 2017 Maximise Conference & Awards. The awards are run by the Women’s Business Club, an organisation that connects, supports and empowers women in business throughout the South West with monthly networking lunch clubs from Monmouth to Southampton.
Our own Lucy Sherry, Head of Medical Negligence who works from Thomson and Bancks’ Cheltenham office situated opposite the Town Hall’s entrance, is a regular attendee. She also was pleased to sponsor on behalf of the firm at the 2016 Maximise Conference, the award for ‘Young Entrepreneur of the Year’, accompanied by Cheltenham’s Mayoress. The nomination recognises the work Lucy does not only in growing Thomson & Bancks as a business, but in creating a tight-knit team and a happy office atmosphere.
The result of the award, as well as others including the coveted ‘Business Woman of the Year’, will be announced at the Maximise Conference on the 6th of December 2017 at the Pittville Pump Rooms in Cheltenham. It will be a fantastic networking event for businesswomen, with some of the UK’s most influential figures coming along as speakers. You can get tickets here.
